Services
Perth Co-Hosts provides property management services for Airbnb and other short-term rental platforms. Our services include, but are not limited to, guest communication, property maintenance, cleaning, and dynamic pricing. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the scope of services as outlined in your signed agreement with Perth Co-Hosts.
Agreements and Contracts
All property management services provided by Perth Co-Hosts are governed by a signed agreement between the property owner and Perth Co-Hosts. This agreement will outline the specific services, fees, and duration of the contract. Any amendments to the agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
Payment Policy
Payments for our services are made based on the terms outlined in the agreement. Property owners will be invoiced monthly, and all payments are due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
Cancellation Policy
Property owners may terminate the agreement by providing 90 days' written notice. Any outstanding payments for services rendered must be settled before the termination date. Perth Co-Hosts reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time due to breach of contract or failure to adhere to the terms outlined in the agreement.
Governing Law
Limitation of Liability
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any legal action or proceeding related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Western Australia.
Perth Co-Hosts will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or any issues arising from guest behavior, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances. We make every effort to manage properties in line with best practices, but we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our control.

Client and User Responsibilities
Property owners must ensure that their properties meet legal and safety standards for short-term rentals. This includes obtaining necessary licenses, permits, and insurance. Property owners are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and maintaining the property in a rentable condition.
Modification and Termination of Services
Perth Co-Hosts reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. If we make any significant changes to our terms of service, we will notify clients in advance and offer the option to terminate their agreements if they do not agree with the updated terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or related to the services provided by Perth Co-Hosts will be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of Western Australia.
